I'm not a medical expert, but I think this is genetic, meaning we inherit facial hair (or no facial hair) from our family. Many Asian men don't have facial hair like Americans, Europeans, Africans, and Middle-Easterners do. But I know some guys in America who also don't have any beard or mustache.

Don't worry! Be thankful for the health you have.
